Emma Kolar joined The Friends of Foster Care in 2022 as Programs Assistant and has since grown into her current role as Vice President & Coordinator of Programs & Stakeholder Experience. In this position, she oversees the organization’s programs, stakeholder engagement, volunteer experiences, social media, & communications helping to create meaningful opportunities that enrich the lives of children, youth, and families impacted by foster care.
