Caregiver Training Funding Request Form

The Friends of Foster Care provides Mini Grants for caregivers to participate in approved parent training courses and conferences. Grants are up to $500 per household per calendar year total and are funded on a first-come, first-serve basis within TFFC’s annual Caregiver Training budget.
Submission of this form does not guarantee approval of training/conference funding and TFFC reserves the right to deny any requests. Payments are made directly from TFFC to the provider and will only cover up to:
90% of the direct training cost
OR
$150 for conference registration
The caregiver is expected to pay the remaining cost directly to the provider.
