Tonya is Senior Policy Director for Community Engagement at Dominion Energy with over 30 years of experience. She is a Lead Virginia and CIVIC Leadership Institute alum and serves on several nonprofit boards. A Hampton native and proud mom of twins, Tonya brings both strategic insight and personal heart to her role.
What Tonya says inspired her to join the TFFC board:
“My story started in 2022 during my time in CIVIC Leadership Institute with founder, Audra Bullock. As she introduced herself to our class, the passion and dedication she exuded regarding her own path was both inspirational and uplifting. Since that day, I stand in awe of the tireless and selfless work done each day by the TFFC team.
Genuine corporate-community partnerships are vital to the success of where we work, live, and thrive. While my connection with TFFC began professionally, I look forward to personally doing what I can as a member of the board. I am pleasantly surprised by the number of TFFC resources available beyond a child’s 18th birthday!“
