With a background in manufacturing and distribution, Emma never imagined she would find herself working in the nonprofit sector. Born and raised in West Yorkshire, England, she moved to the United States more than a decade ago after marrying her husband, who serves in the U.S. Navy. Moving across the Atlantic brought many unexpected changes to her life, including the opportunity to discover life coaching and, ultimately, a career at TFFC; one that allows her to follow her heart and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Emma serves as Vice President & Coordinator of Programs & Stakeholder Experience at TFFC. She joined the organization in 2022 as a Programs Assistant and has since grown through the roles of Programs Assistant, Programs Coordinator and her current role. In her current position, Emma oversees TFFC’s programs, stakeholder engagement, volunteer experiences, social media, marketing, and communications.
Outside of her work at TFFC, she enjoys powerlifting and competing throughout the year, creating wood art, baking, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and their three dogs.
