DANIELLE PHILLIPS

Tutoring Director

Danielle Phillips resides in Chesapeake with her husband and two children. In 1998, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Danielle has a passion for helping those in need, particularly children. This drive for helping others in her community grew into an organization, Parents in Need (PIN), that Danielle founded in 2012. PIN has provided essential items to over 9000 young children throughout Hampton Roads. She has received recognition for her efforts and has been nominated for The Women’s Division Chamber of Commerce Woman of the Year and Simply Red Chesapeake Leadership Award.

In 2020, Danielle joined the team at The Friends of Foster Care and currently serves as the Director of Tutoring. Danielle looks forward to many more years of service to her community and making a difference in the lives of others.
