Hillary serves as the Gifting Program Coordinator and Program Assistant for The Friends of Foster Care, where she helps make meaningful moments possible for youth in foster care and beyond. In her role, she coordinates the organization’s birthday and holiday gifting programs. She also processes applications for extracurricular activities, summer camps, emergency assistance, and YMCA memberships, helping connect youth with opportunities and resources that support their growth and well-being.
Her passion for this work is deeply personal. Before joining The Friends of Foster Care, Hillary was a foster parent, CASA volunteer, and youth mentor. These experiences gave her a firsthand understanding of the importance of advocacy and community support in the lives of children and young adults in foster care.
Outside of her work with TFFC, Hillary is an entrepreneur and business owner. She enjoys spending her free time with her wife, Cyndi, and their four boys, Karis, River, Konrad, and Kreed, along with their two dogs, Maxine and Zelda. Her personal experiences, professional work, and commitment to serving youth all reflect her belief that every child deserves to feel supported, celebrated, and surrounded by people who believe in them.
