What Jennifer says inspired her to join the TFFC board:
“I have always been very passionate about organizations that help children, which is why I was drawn to the work of TFFC. When I left college, I worked for the sheriff’s department. It was there that I saw how important a stable environment for children can make all the difference in their future. I witnessed firsthand the challenges that children face when they lack structure and support at home, and how even small interventions can create a lasting impact.
During my time with TFFC I was struck by how impactful tutoring can be on young people’s success! Providing educational support not only helps them academically but also boosts their confidence and gives them a sense of stability and hope for a brighter future. Seeing the positive transformations in children who receive the right guidance and encouragement reinforced my belief in the power of TFFC to truly change lives.“
